Compensation: $180K–$300K+ (DOE + bonus potential)

A highly respected, trial-focused litigation firm is seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Attorney to join its team handling complex, high-stakes matters. All matters handled by the firm include a mix of plaintiff-side and defense-side work. Practice Areas (Plaintiff & Defense)

• Complex Business & Commercial Litigation
• Construction and Real Estate Disputes
• Employment Litigation (including class and PAGA matters)
• Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith
• Personal Injury Litigation (Catastrophic and Severe Injuries Only)



What You’ll Do

• Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution or trial
• Develop case strategy, discovery plans, and motion practice
• Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, and legal memoranda
• Take and defend depositions; work with experts and consultants
• Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel
• Mentor junior attorneys and collaborate with support staff
• Handle cases with a high level of ownership and accountability

What They’re Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active California Bar license
• 5–15 years of litigation experience
• Trial experience (first or second chair strongly valued)
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and strategic skills
• Experience managing complex matters independently
• Professional, collaborative, and business-minded approach
